Inquiries and quotations

All itineraries and prices shared during planning are suggestions and estimates until confirmed in writing. Prices may change due to availability, seasonality, currency fluctuations, or changes to your requested services.

Bookings and payments

A booking is confirmed once we acknowledge it in writing and any required deposit is received. The balance is due as stated in your booking confirmation. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your reservation.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation terms, including any applicable charges, will be set out in your booking confirmation. Some services booked on your behalf (such as hotels, flights, or special activities) may carry their own non-refundable conditions.

Changes to your trip

We will do our best to accommodate changes you request before or during your trip. Some changes may incur additional costs or be subject to availability. We may also need to adjust itineraries due to weather, road conditions, safety, or circumstances beyond our control.

Travel documents, insurance, and health

You are responsible for holding valid travel documents, visas, and any required vaccinations. We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical care, cancellation, and personal belongings.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, behave respectfully toward guides, drivers, hosts, and local communities, and follow reasonable safety guidance during your trip.

Liability

We act in good faith to arrange quality services. We are not liable for loss, injury, delay, or damage caused by third-party suppliers or events outside our reasonable control, except as required by applicable law.
